Electric bills were OUTRAGEOUS because of our malfunctioning AC/Heating system. Temp would not go below 90 in the summer but AC was constantly working and not cooling the apartment. Maintenance came out several times but could not seem to be able to fix the issue. Our only choice was to turn air off completely and deal with open windows in the heat of summer to avoid $300 electric bills and a sauna of an apartment.
Our faucet has been dripping the entire time we have lived in the apartment. We have had maintenance come out several times to fix it, but they said the only way is to replace it which they wouldn't do. With the water bill shared among the tenants, I could only imagine why it was $70 a month, with leaky faucets management was not willing to replace.
Just a few of numerous issues. Only one office staff member was courteous and helpful, all others lacked knowledge and any courtesy whatsoever. Would not recommend this complex to anyone.
