I am sooooooo disappointed that my apartment dones not stay cool. My compressor appears to be to small for my unit and this is causing it to run all the time leaving me with very large electric bills. I feel cool air coming out of it but it just has no blowing power. I had maintence check on this and basically in their opinion it works perfectly fine. I am on the second floor so I really thought being sandwiched between the first & third floor would help but it really does not. Keeping cool in the summer is very important but I do not feel it is important to the management at The Brentdale. The office is nice & cool though ;)
