Rate increase excessive

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
My rent increased by $51 from one year to the next. That makes it a 7% increase. Too much... income has not increased that much.

Another problem is roaches and other bugs. Spraying is done at the apt owner's request and apt by apt, not by building.

Some of the kitchen cabinets have shelves which are bowed down.

Most neighbors are friendly. The pools are great.
