As a long time resident I certainly miss the days when Lincoln managed the property. Specifically, the manager Steve who was by far the best manager of all those I have experienced. Current management leaves a great deal to be desired. Just try to get something fixed on the first request! I have had to request the same item up to a dozen times or more. Oddly, on the one that took the most requests to complete there was in the newsletter the following month an article about how important it is to do the very thing I had been asking for! No specifics here, I do still live at the Bentnail. (It is not practical or possible for me to move right now.)

The current repair is on the fifth work order request and the third attempted repair. But, alas no progress. The kitchen faucet still leaks.

The A/C units are considerably undersized and inefficient as a result. My electric bill routinely runs about double that of a friend in a similar size apartment at another property. The major differences are she has more exterior exposure and a newer A/C unit. And yes we do keep the temp about the same as well.

Only about half of the exterior lights work and the privacy gates are a joke. The exit gate was broken (open) for two or three weeks. I cannot tell you how many times I was nearly run over by cars coming in the exit!
