I have lived at the Brentdale for a long time and I must say that I like it. I have made my apartment my 'home'. Thru the years management has changed several times. Most of the management team I have met has been nice and caring but I have also met only a few that didn't seem to care too much. Each time I have asked for something to be repaired it was done correctly and I have never had a problem receiving anything I requested. I recently received upgrades and I love it!! I plan to be at the Brentdale a while longer. My location if fairly quiet and peaceful and it doesn't hurt that I have mature friendly neighbors.
I have only one wish living here - more covered parking closer to the apartments.
Each summer the Brentdale has a cookout (hotdogs, chips, drinks, DJ etc) for the residents. They even have movie night and breakfast at the gate on occasion. Overall it is a nice place to live!
