The place is very old. My shower creaks when I am showering. The toilet is made for a kid, I can barely fit on it and I'm a 160lb guy. My mailbox sucks, you have to twist the key a certain way for it to close. My front door sticks, so it takes quite the push to open it. My apartment has 6 tv outlets, but only 1 works and it is the one right by the AC, so I have tv and internet cables sprawled out across the room reaching the tv and pc at the other end. The burned down building is not a pleasant site. What it boils down to is that the place is OLD!

This is just a 23 year old property (or so they say) and these kinds of things shouldn't be happening. What it really boils down to is that this place is poorly constructed. I'm sure you've seen the foundation of the burned down building and how it's horridly warped. The same thing has happened to our foundation.
