I had an appt. to see some of the 1 bedrooms. When I get to the office, they were packing up to leave for the day. It wasn't time to close down, but one of the leasing agents "had to catch the train" and they closed down early everyday. The other one told me she didn't work there much & "didn't know anything". Lovely. I stood my ground & told them I was sorry, but I made an appt. to see the 1 bedrooms. He then asked me when was I moving (not for several months) and WHY couldn't I just look at the floor plans' Finally he told me he could "run me through the apt." I was treated very rudely. Then after filling out the form & left my DL, the agent RAN out to the golf cart & was making me hurry. I decided I would take my good time; this whole thing was unreal. He drove as fast as the cart would go & when we arrived at the apt., he jumped out & ran up the stairs. I took my time. I hated the apt., it was old, ugly & way too small. I was hurried through & hurried out. I won't be renting here. I'm not even going back to see the larger ones.

I feel for you lookingtorentagain! I live at Brentdale and have been treated rudely by this same "leasing professional" (HA!). He will say or do anything to get you to lease there and then treats you like crap once you are there. He thinks he is God's gift to women (another HA!). Maybe its the obnoxious New Yorker in him. I do not plan to renew my lease when it expires and would not advise ANYONE to move here.
