I got there Sunday morning first thing when they opened the doors. The lady that was there was very nice and very helpful. She showed us the apartment size we wanted and we were in love at first site. Great size of apartment and amount of storage. My favorite thing is probably the two closets in the bedroom. Most of these reviews seem to be bad but they also seem to be older. Hopefully things aren't as bad as they seem by seeing these. I guess I'll just have to find out for myself!

Wait until you stay in Brentdale for few months. You will wait to end your lease. And during move-out, you will wish that you have never signed up that stupid lease !!! Good luck...

Best of luck. Maintenance was mediocre at best...leaning more towards poor. Had to threaten legal action when my first three requests to have mold removed from our apartment after rain leaked through the ceiling fell on deaf ears.

That's what I thought before I moved in. My actual apartment was in much poorer condition than the model, and the appliances were as old as the apartments, I think. Then the apartment was in such disrepair (window and door leaks, etc.) that our electric bill was outrageous. Especially if you live on the third floor. Plus the air conditioning is so old, it couldn't keep up. Our air conditioning wiring got fried one day. It didn't catch on fire, but scared us enough to get out! Especially with the one building that did burn down and the visits from the fire department so often. Good luck to you, though.

The Staff is very friendly and takes care of matters quickly. Since Management has changed there have been several positive changes on the community. I love living here!
