My husband and I have lived here for almost 4 years. We've lived in 3 different apartments within the complex. We've personally never had any major issues. We pay our rent on time, we mind our own business. Yeah, we've had maintenance issues, but they always fix it. We've had the occassional unsavory neighbor, but who hasn't (we've had a few people evicted). It's an apartment complex, not a gated luxury community. I believe the apts are quite reasonable in the price for their size. They are starting to get a bit run down, but they're old, so that's to be expected. I do think they quality of the folks lately has gone down. The parking is just now starting to get a bit out of hand. We will most likely move elsewhere when our lease is up. Not really due to the apartments, I just want to find a place to settle and stay so that my child can go thru her school years not being moved around all the time.

I agree with you. I have seen changes in the type of residents over the years. I still enjoy my place but feel that it will be difficult to find an apartment with same square footage for the price I pay. I search every year, but I end up renewing my lease.
