Been here for about 3 years now. I never go to the office except to renew my lease. I always drop my rent in the night drop. Neighbors are nice and quiet, place is relatively clean and upkept. No druggies or gang bangers, great spot in W plano. Close to everything you would want. Maintenance is usually pretty quick to address call in's. While it's not the omg super best apartment complex I've lived in. It suits my needs and expectations just fine :) mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH
