I've lived here for 41/2 yrs. Lots of good people, family atmoshere, great location. I have always felt safe here, no problems, neighbors watch out for each other.
Manager will get rid of trouble makers real fast, she trys to make this our home not just apartments. Seems to really take pride in her job & do best she can to accomadate residents. She always has candy for the kids, and they go there daily just to get one piece of candy.
They have started remodeling property, and they are really changing it, at the rate their remodeling, Briardale will be the best place & deal in Plano. I am glad I stayed to see this happen. The pool is beatiful, and the office, wow! Granite countertops, ceramic tile floors, new cabinets, applianes.
And all this and still a reasonable price.
The owners are really great and it shows even more now that remodeling has begun.
I would recommend this place to anyone, I have been very happy here. Oh yeah, and my apartment has never had roaches since I have lived here, of course I am clean, plus I pay my rent on time.
