I live here and I LOVE IT!!! The complex is small and it has been super easy to get to know my neighbors. I have kids and they can walk to and from school every day. I love my oversized patio and pretty countertops in the kitchen and bathroom. It did seem like management may have had some troubles for a while in getting the renovations under control, but that was several months ago and since then things have improved dramatically. They have put in covered parking where there was none, added fences to the patios, improved the landscaping and painted the exterior. They have a church come in each Tuesday that helps my kids with their homework and plays games with them. That same church also comes once a month on Saturdays and they have a whole carnival type thing there in the office. Oh yeah and I heard they are going to have a Santa Claus in the office to take pictures with the kids for Christmas for free. That is too cool!!! It has been great and I plan on signing another lease when this one expires.

I agree, the church that comes is awesome. There are some downsides to living here, but there are also some positives.
