Property is nice, Management not so much

The Brooks on Preston does have nice apartments and facilities. Pool, workout room, free video rentals (old movies), trash pick up and all the usual stuff. I rented there for a couple of reasons. Close to work, attached garage, good sized kitchen, an garden tub.
The only problem I had was with management. Some of the employees are also tenants at the Brooks. So if you have a problem with your neighbor, just be sure your neighbor is not an employee. I never had a problem with service requests, but I know that at least 3 people have recently broken their leases over service request problems.
