Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
1. Management favortism to their 'friends'.
2. Management / Maintenance can be resistive to requests no matter how small.
3. Rules are selectively enforced. See #1.
4. Threats made against tenants with pets not on leash (whether trained or not), which is related to a city ordinance.
5. Pets are NOT welcome. Cats run free. See #3 above.
6. You can hear when a neighboring bathroom flushs or a washer / dryer is running.
7. You can hear people walking around on 2nd floor.
8. Access gates & remotes don't work or at the least very unreliable.
10. Property is well maintained.
11. Rent is similar to what you can purchase a home for.
12. Many tenants with pets are moving due their being singled out by management.
