I lived in the Brooks for 9 months and moved out earlier this year. The property is very nice but the staff is very unorganized and not concerned with the tenants.

There were several incidents that showed their lack of professionalism. They kept "forgetting" to type up my lease agreement and I had to return several times to do this. They didn't make a note of the Look and Lease special I received and placed a Notice to Vacate on my door after 2 months of living there. A package that was released to them that was delivered via UPS disappeared out of the package room and they wouldn't do anything about it. The list goes on and on...
