Management takes no action toward unrestrained pet complaints or residents not cleaning up after their pet. Communication process is horrible. Messages left are never forwarded or returned. Packages left are often not found and rarely ever communicated to the resident. A leasing office representative will tell you something only to have another contradict that information.

All buildings desperately need paint and have for over two years. Numerous residents leave huge piles of dog poop and do not take steps to clean up. Managements ignores complaints of residents not cleaning up after their pets, residents allowing pets to roam and run free without restraint. Management consistently places letters on residents' doors stating monies owed that are inaccurate. Messages left at leasing office never get returned or forwarded to appropriate person.

There are other issues, but these are some of the main nuances.
