Management does it again!!!!!

Does management really know what they are doing.....this week? Back in September we signed another 1 year lease agreement, not knowing what we were going to do about a house in the future. December came around, we reached a decision and ran with it. We then contacted one of the reps in the office and they told us we need to be there for 6 months into our lease then give 60 days notice. Ok, sure! My wife went in on Sunday, March 6th, and was told we CAN do a 30 day house addendum. She called the manager on Monday just to follow up, and the manager told her that document does not exist anymore. Question, if the document does not exist why is it still in the office? Why was it even offered? It's ok when they make a mistake, but God forbid a tenant make one! Can someone get their act together?

Holly has her act together. She'll get you for every penny she can. She increased my rent by 38% when she learned I was planning to move. Of course I adjusted my schedule & got out before the "increase" too effect!
