Well, first they raised our rent by $80 a month when our lease was up, and then they refused to apply our pet deposit to our final account balance. In fact, they are denying I ever paid a pet deposit, even though I have the canceled checks right in front of me. So they have $500 of mine that we paid when we moved in that they refuse to acknowledge.

And now they want MORE money from me. They charged me $200 for taking out the trash when we moved out. Ridiculous, because that apartment may not have been perfect, but there's no way it cost anywhere near $200 to remove what little trash was left. But even if you leave your apartment immaculate when you move out, your pet deposit is GONE. You will not get it back. They will nickel & dime you, and take 3 weeks to fill your service requests. I'm having to take this up with their corporate office now. SUCH a headache!! DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!
