Well i was there for 6 months. Everything was cool we only had one leak problem but that was because of our neighbors above and that was taken care of next day because we had just moved in 2 days prior so i guess that's why repsonse was so quick. Overall I loved living there i only moved cuz my job is moving to Garland. Parking was great, I'd say walls are too thin because u can basically hear almost everything.
No other problems overall experience was WONDERFUL. but then again there may be bad reviews because not everyone can have a good experience. Oh i thought of something else just watch out when driving around corners cuz some people like to walk directly in the same lane with their kids etc they should make some sidewalks cuz someone is eventually gonna get injured.
