Great place with great management and maintainance staff

I lived in brooks for around 2 years and found my stay really enjoyable.. The management is very nice and responsive... Havent had to wait more than 24 hours for any maintainence requests... The rooms are nice and spacious and the outdoor space is good..Would really recommend this apartment to new people...The only cons I can think of is that there is no shopping within walking distance but thats so typical of Plano... Overall, the apartments are a great value for money... The rent is quite reasonable for the area and the maintainance staff is great!
