I have lived here for a year now. I recently asked what my rent would be if I stayed for an extended 3 months till i moved in with my bf. They told me my rent would go up over 400 bucks. Needless to say they will have my notice at the end of the month. Their maintainence has been awesome...never had to wait more than 24 hours. they do charge outrageous pet fees and charges for remotes etc but overall i have lived in worse places. People are friendly, the remotes for the gates and garages are crappy and barely work half the time. Parking is limited for guests especially if you live in the back of the complex and the office staff changes weekly it seems. If you ever need to know information about your lease and or have a question about the property, don't depend on them calling you back. You have to keep calling and hounding them. The new manager, Karla is awesome. She will take care of things correctly the first time.
