I would not rate this apartment complex more than a 1 overall. I have had consistant problems with both the management and the property. From the mgmt point of view, I have nothing but unprofessionalism and rudeness from most of the office staff. I have lived there almost a year, and by the way this past year has been I would NEVER rent here again. I spent over $10,000 in the past year on this apartment and have been treated worse here than any place I have EVER lived. Overall I would rather move back in with my parents than rent at this complex again. Being over 25 I think that should speak volumes. If I know what I know now prior to leasing an apartment at this complex I would have NEVER even considered wasting my time here. I would even be willing to pay more someplace else for the same amount of space than save a couple of hundred dollars and live here again. I have been insulted by the mgmt from day 1. They had threated to evict myself, and my roommate prior to us moving in. We have found multiple noise complaints on our door from times that we were not even home or we were asleep. Not to mention the "free covered parking". This was a selling point for my roommate and I, as we both drive fairly nice cars. A couple of months after moving in the mgmt then informed us that covered parking was no longer free but costs $25.00 a month. I hope you take this complaint serious, as everything that I have put in here is the God's honest truth. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!!
