Roaches, lots of Roaches. I am a clean person, and I sprayed constantley as well as having those bait things out. I told the office and they did nothing. After it rained, the waterbugs would come. Or they could have been more roaches, at that point I stopped trying to tell the difference.

We also own a dog. Some other dog that was the same color was always seen running without a leash, and no owner in sight. Somehow they thought it was ours and we received an eviction notice on our door. They didn't even check to see if it was ours. It was a completely different breed!

This was a couple years ago, but if they are the same owners............don't Rent!
