beware your move out costs, they rip off tenants From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/1/2004 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2000   I loved the apartment, but I lived here for 6 months, new carpet was in when we moved in. On move out, they slammed me with a pet deposit, pet income, and new carpet on the entire 2 bedroom. I did not even have a pet, there was nothing wrong with the carpet, I am not a slob, there were no stains, etc. It was only 6 months old! So beware living here, they are dishonest on your move out costs. Other thing I didn't like was the people who did have dogs, did not clean up after them outside, there was doggy-doo everywhere.
