BAD, BAD, BAD, BAD.......JUST A NIGHTMARE. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/8/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   Noisy, too much insects, ants, just not worthy. The window are single pane, very inefficient. Very cold in winter, very hot in summer. You must run the furnace all the time, that means electric bill is expensive. Vent hood is a joke.
