I am a resident of Camden Legacy Creek and I have to share my thoughts and concerns with the rest of the DFW community. I have lived here for roughly 3 years and from the time I moved in, this place has gone downhill fast! The riff raff they are allowing to move here is getting younger and have no manners. Nor do they have any respect for any person's property. I have heard of break-in and the property next door had rapes occur a few months ago. The management here is the rudest I have ever experienced. The manager allows pretty much anything go. The leasing agents are rude and would rather talk on the phone and play on the internet than to address any concerns you have. If you are looking to move here, don't move here! The Parking at night is horrible, the dog poop is everywhere and the trash can smells so bad, you have no choice but to roll up your windows as you make your way into the property on the 1st entrance.
Furthermore, the equipment at the gym is outdate and barely functions properly. My family and I plan on moving as soon as our house is built and we have even considered moving into a hotel just so that we dont have to feel as if our safety is in jeopardy.
One last thing, all the remarks that are kind towards this property had to have been placed by the management staff. This place is the pits. From the trash everywhere to the rude and condescending manager. If you would like a Camden Property, try south of 635. Don't do this one!

Three years and finally she speaks... that time of month deary? What a difference in 2007 Year makes. No trash probs & a Top Notch Gym!

While the gym could use some love, its not bad (at least the last time I was in there a year ago, it might be better than before). This place wasn't bad when I moved in about 2 years ago, and they're fixing it up with a new pant job. As for the trash, we now have a guy collect it 4 times a week. I suspect this is a response from the management on complaints like the one above. Also that "1st" entrance isn't the main one, and the few times I've gone out that entrance, the bin there hasn't been so bad that I had to hold my breath. Not sure where the heck the rest of this stuff is coming from.

The gym is small about the size of a bedroom. APTs do have old cabinets and appliances.
