I called to ask about stopping in and leasing a 2 bedroom apt and i was treated like I was a WASTE of time by a female employee who did not answer the phone by name. No smile in her voice or ANYTHING. She practically hung up on me when I told her that I had 2 medium sized pets. I feel that if I was treated this rudely and am not a resident, I assume the residents are treated like CRAP.

Bad Cedit & Attitude gets one nowhere... but as things in Life change, so do Staffs & Residents. We now have a Pro Staff & proper residents, that are aware of their suroundings called Home. As a NEWBIE neibor here, I want to be an example of what neibors deserve & expect... with respect.

I just moved in here and things are great but my husband begs to differ. Every time I walk in to get something or have a question the staff at the front desk are on top of it. The only thing I have a problem with is the maintenance crew, well one in particular. He is always 3-4 days late and is rude but everyone else is so friendly.
I think it depends on the person, some people are more sensitive they others.
