I toured these apartments last week. The person who showed me around was arrogant & lied about the $210 NON-REFUNDABLE administrative fee - "everyone charges that much". Not true - found out that this is a Camden rip-off. She said that this was the "highest rated complex" - obvious that she's monitoring it & probably writing positive reviews herself. I was told that the rent quote changes daily & that most complexes are doing that. I got the feeling that if they didn't like the way you look, they'd charge you more & they had no standard price list to prove they're doing it. Also I'm not going to pay $27/mon. for trash pickup - that's more than I currently pay at my house. I'm going somewhere else.

Thanks for letting me know.. I am apartment hunting and it seems that this way of doing business is biased.. uummm, something to think about!

I moved in a few months ago. The rates on these apartments do constantly change. Camden has a website where you can see exactly what the rates are. I viewed the apt one day and received a call the next as notification that the prices were lowered. Sorry about your experience, but mine has been positive thus far although I do feel the interior needs some updating. Good luck with your search.

I agree. I aknow exactly who your talkin about being arrogant. Not only is SHE arrogant she is VERY BIASED/RACIST! I am breakin my contract this month and moving due to her ARROGANCE and attitude. No problem with anyone. Just cant deal with the stupidity and nonsence they have. I love the complex, the maintance, they are awesome. And the MALE office attendent is a GREAT help though. That I do have to say. But, yea I recommed the property if the stupidity and non sence dosent bother you. But as for me, I see it as STUPIDITY.
