I've been here a year and will be moving on when my lease is up. I've had two instances of roaches and my new neighbor is noisy. Management has been very attentive regarding the bugs; however, I lived in a previous complex in Irving and never saw a single bug during my entire tenancy there. I like things quiet and am less than pleased with the new gentleman who I share a wall with since last fall. He really likes to knock things against the wall every evening between 8 pm and midnight. Another new neighbor was so disruptive on Christmas Eve, the police were called by someone else in my building. Needless to say, things have changed here. It was bliss for the first nine months, but tenancy has changed and so has the environment. The pricing and facilities are nothing special and therefore warrant that I make other arrangements.
