we have lived here 5 years. Not once have we ever seen a roach,rat whatever unless it was outside.As far as those thugs we asked about it months ago and they were evicted.They don't put up with crap here and neither do we. We report it.They have the nicest people working here from the manager to the maintenace guys. When they come help me out I offer them sodas or food So they are glad to come help me. I have also given drinks to the lawn guys.Its hot here in Texas and maybe if you were from here you would have some manners. Its called being friendly, grasp the concept.As far as the carpet you should have asked them, they have cleaned our carpet for free every time we renewed our lease.They even fixed a place that I had gotten bleach on.we probably won't get our deposit back either because we have lived here.we have several places where we misjudge the place for a curtain or picture.So I'm thinking maybe you had a hidden pet'and thats why you got charged for the carpet,if not you should have ask them I think they are required to replace the carpet every 18 months'For the rent we just asked why and if there was a cheaper time to renew and there is so you should have asked.I'm not saying its perfect here,but usually our concerns are addressed.By the way did you attend the crime prevention meeting'If you did then you would have known all about the thugs.It helps to know your neighbors,whos coming and going be aware of anything unusual and report it right away.We know all of ours so when we are all unhappy something is done to resolve it.

If you hate animals so much buy a gun.I do mind my own business unless someone makes it my business.You made this my business.The thugs got arrested for identity theft and bringing guns on the property claming they might have to use them,Sorry this is not the hood.It was a resident that reported them.I know them and talked to them about it. I saw them get arrested as I was driving by.Yes they got evicted. So get your story straight.Go ahead and sue them.What are you going to sue them for?HAHAHA Right.Carpet stains?A misunderstanding of the rent or getting your deposit back? I guess you could go on peoples court and have Judge Judy defend you.I have never heard of these apartments having rent that high ,did you sign a short lease?The shorter the lease the more it is.I'm just asking,not trying to defend anyone.You won't win.You have to have money for that.And I don't have to use this site for a legal tool,I would just get the most ruthless person for a lawyer I have before.And I won.Lawyers don't take stupid ridiculous lawsuits like yours that are going to loose.They did nothing wrong.I did not say you did not clean up after yourself I just said maybe there was a reason.I'll go ask and find out for you,ok?I do steam clean the carpets myself,So I don't have to have a point.As far as the drinks,Its called being friendly.When I see people working their asses off and looking like they are going to collapse from dehydration I help them.So your not from Texas that's for sure. they help us we help them that is the way it works.How am I using this site to defend myself?I don't have to defend myself I was just giving my opinion.I would tell you to your face but your such a coward you go and bash people behind there backs on this site so how is that different? You are a FREAK. Listen to yourself. Who lives in those apartments and are on this site. GROW UP and get a life. Obviously you work there, because you are on this site trying to defend yourself. Obviously you have no class or money because you have lived there for 5 years. SO, if you want to continue to be ignorant on this site "Mr or Mrs Anonymous", bring it, and we can meet face to face. I am not near threatened by you. Please re-read your last statment you sound like a fool anouncing to everyone that there were thugs over there with "guns".
