First of all I was a tenant at these apartments and when I moved in 2 years ago it was the best complex ever, clean, quiet upscale, but as the years went by I notice the change in the type of people that were moving in, first came the loud music and various times of the night, then came the strange looking people walking GOD knows from or to where. Not sure if it was a change in management or just being eager to rent the apartments to keep them full. Howver it doesnt matter, take a pole from the people who lived there and ask them why they moved...since it is centrally looked and supposedly in a great area of Plano(right off Preston)..why did they not stay.

I know alot of people who moved because they could no longer afford the rent. Most went back to their families.or a cheaper apartment.Since we have had the same neighbors for years we don't have those problems. If we have a problem we just get it resolved. If we can't resolve it then it goes to management and they fix it.No change in management.Last year the apartments were 90%full.The only people I ever see move are in the front. The noise and music, report it,it will stop or better yet wait until they go to sleep and give them the waking of their life and I know it will stop. The strange people came from the park or they were walking their dogs.Again if you went to the crime prevention meeting you would have known what to do.The pole no need I know why.I already asked a while back and it was they could not afford the rent,or they caused problems and they don't stay long.If you really feel this way its probably better that you moved on.I hope for the better,I really do.Maybe its the ghetto to you but with the economical crisis were all lucky we don't live in a cardboard box.So be grateful.don't say not me it could happen.I know people who made alot of money or were retired and are losing their jobs and homes and everything.

I agree that Camden is a wonderful place to live! We have been here almost two years and while I have had a couple of problems, they have been taken care of quickly and very professionally.
