Good property with terrible service

I have lived at this place for 1 year now. The property is very well maintained and their floor-plans are very good. However, their service levels are terrible. As soon as i moved in, i had to contend with a long list of maintenance tasks. When nobody attended to it for 2 weeks, I threatened to draft a letter to the corporate office, thats when the manager decided to take an interest in my issues and fix them. However they have not done anything to improve their service levels. One has to give a maintenance request AT LEAST twice before someone decides to attend to it. The staff can be quite rude at times and are not willing to work with you (for example, my husband is on a transferable job and inspite of explaning the uncertainity involved in the duration of our stay, they offered no solution or advice!!) They are currently running at a very high occupancy rate and are not interested in customer satisfaction or retention. Well Good Luck to them!!!
