Despite the occasional letter explaining apartment break ins. I would say I overall have enjoyed my stay here. Bugs are annoying, but that was expected considering the property in next to alot of undeveloped land. I have had problems with management, like wanting to raise the rent when I dont really see this place booming with buisiness and the current crime issues. The mail box's are not very well protected. But it is a very nice property and an incredible value for the area.
