A good value! From: wonk22202@yahoo.com Date posted: 6/27/2005 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2001   I was there when it was stonegate... Pros: Great location. Attached garages are a big plus. Clean pool. Staff was very good until 2001. The then-new assistant manager was nasty. Apartment layout very good. Attractive setting. Huge kitchen. Appliances worked very well. Maintenance crew was accomodating and proficient. They never entered without proper notice. Cons: Lotsa Texas-sized bugs. I also trapped three large mice in my apartment (my neighbor also caught another three). Don't get a place that faces Preston Road. (24HR - continuous traffic noise). Staff quality was generally very good until 2001. Neighbors were generally good people. Better than most I have had. If I returned to Dallas, this place would be near the top of my list.
