WHEN I DROVE BY THIS PLACE i knew it was more than i could afford but when i went in and found how much i was suprised. but when i moved in i realized why. i didnt like my clothes in the bathroom and i didnt like my bathroom in my bedroom but i loved the kitchen and living room. the apartment was very clean when i viewed but as soon as move in day came i saw baby roaches. and if u see babies there's a mama. i lived in apt 1313, which would have been a great location if people didnt stop their dogs in the back of my place by my balcony and bedroom window to take a sh**. the lady that lived next door would let her dog do this in front of my back door so i politley scooped it up and put in her shoes she left by the door to walk her dogs. she was picking it up for then on. the window was leaking everytime it rained and maintenance was called several times until they finally said they couldnt fix it. so whoever is there now must have towels on the windowseal b/c it would mess up their furniture and carpet. other than that this place was nice for the price. the weight room was too small and outdated. but the jacuzzi and swimming pool was very pretty.
