i had a pretty horrible experience dealing with the maintenance and office staff here. i was flat out told be maintenance that i should be happy with my water heater because i only need 10-15 minutes of hot water anyway so it took some fighting to replace it. then after asking if anything would ever be done about fire safety since i had a fire there, they told me to my face fire prevention for the tenants "would not be worth their time", and of course, i had to pay for all of the damages even though there was no fire extinguisher provided nor sprinklers. if you want to live in a nice place with minimum problems, dont live here. there is an actual fine if you dont put your trash out between 6-8 ONLY, eventhough you pay an arm and a leg for the trash service. the heaters and ac units also may cost you $150 a month in electric bills because of faulty equipment, but if the thermostat is faulty they try to make YOU pay for it...good luck.

The only fire that has happened here at Legacy Park within the past 3 years was the fault of the resident. While cooking with vegetable oil the stove caught fire. Nothing was ever mentioned to us about any concerns regarding a water heater. If it was it would have been addressed.
