I never thought that something might be wrong with the thermostat untill reading the last review. We just moved out of the Camden and our electric bill has reduced by 1/2. At camden our electric bills were almost 400 a month for a two bedroom. Now at our new apartment is is only 125. Other than that my experience at the Camden was nice. It was a prety quiet community and we never had any issues with the management. I would recomend it!!

I live in this complex and can honestly say our electric bill was also high until we decided to turn the ac/heat breaker off when we weren't at home. This reduced our electric by way over half. This was even more awesome since we use 100% renewable wind power electricity through Green Mountain Energy. This company will also lower your kw rate, just call to see if the kw rate has reduced and they'll adjust it at no cost. :)
