Now I have to pay a prorate fee. When I asked why I was told to pay for a new computer system that was implemented in 2007. It was an okay place to live until about four years ago. The front yard has mulch on dirt and it has been that way for four years. I have taken pictures that were given to management and nothing has been done. There excuse is the drought but other yards and especially the area around the office always look fabulous. They do not enforce lease rules regarding barbecues on patio's and the 20 feet from bldg. rules. I have had a concern about upstair tenants that throw cigarette butts downstairs. Today was the second time I have called concerning this.
They may give you a good rate to move in but don't be shocked in one year when they raise your rent $200.00. Good luck and make sure to drive the property and talk to people who live here.
