This place was the first apt I had lived in since 1993. I moved there based on what this site had to say about it. I will say one thing nice...it was quite, at least the apt I was in.
However, this place is way overpriced for what you get. I met with a ------------- and she gave my son and I a tour. The apt was very small, but I wasn't planning on staying and the floorplan wasn't that bad. She said that my apt would be facing the pool and I TRUSTED her. Obviously, this is a bad thing to do these days when speaking with apt offices.
Needless to say, this is not the apt I ended up with. When I confronted the -------------, she could of cared less. Once the lease is signed and the movers are there, they just give you the finger. I remember the first night after coming from the grocery store. I went to use the microwave and WHAT' NO MICROWAVE' SERIOULSLY' What apt doesn't have a microwave'
The one BR I ended up with was a big rectangular room with a kitchen. Very plain and unattractive. The parking is great since you have your own garage, but if you have a truck or a big car, you can forget it. The garage doors are the cheap and thin. You won't be able to get a truck in one. So you end up paying for a garage you can't use.
You can get so much better in that area. Just look around the area. I helped a friend move from an apt off of Windhaven and when she told me whgat she was paying I almost cried. Much bigger place with much bigger garages.
The other reviewers comments are true:
1. Took me several weeks to have my Verizon service hooked up which only Grande can do.
2. Maintenance people are very good, but how many times do you want to encounter manitenance guys' That means that something is always breaking in your "Apartment Home". Apartment home...what a JOKE!!!
When it comes to the office staff' Trust me...I have never in my life come across people with so much arrogance and disain for the very people that provide the security for their jobs than this place. The -------, the new --------- ------- and the most arrogant and dishonest of them all...well let's just call her ------.

I just moved in, and have no problems with the people. I love ----, she is great. They tell you when you first even come to look at an apartment that they only use Grande. However it only took me a week to figure out that Verizon will come out for internet and phone. And also will do directtv. I don't know what the problem is with no microwaves?? I mean both apartment complexes I moved in from didn't have microwaves. You see the garages when you see the apartment, So maybe you should have said something about that then?? I knew they were small when I moved in, and it wasn't that big of deal to me.
