I do recommend these apartments

I moved in these apartments in June. It is a really nice place; its quiet, has a nice pool, trash pick up almost daily, good location, and attached garages. So far, I don't hear my neighbors and it seems like the walls are pretty well insulated--my apartment really stays cool even in this extreme heat with a garage below. The internet service is pretty good now through Grande (5.9 Mb/s download tested avg) and satellite TV is available if your apartment faces south.

However, maintenance and communication between the front office is horrible. They can't get on the same page. I had a few issues with move in--I don't believe the apartment was properly made ready for my move in. So I covered my arse, filed it with the move-in paperwork, and stayed on their arses to get things right..YOU HAVE TO DO THAT WITH THEM or things won't get done. For what I am paying and the Plano location, I'd have expected a bit better service and initial quality, but I can't complain...it beats the noisy old place (Bristol Oaks) I lived in hands down...but their maintenance was fantastic.

Maybe its the economy LOL!

I agree with them..Maintenance is very nice, but it takes a while...but just to let everybody know..Verizon will come in and set up satellite, internet, and phone service..Which I have because I didn't like the Grande idea..and the satellite guy can install the satellite on all apartments.. I thought the South facing would be a big problem..but he got it to work..and I get HD channels fine
