You can find something better From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/3/2003 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003   I hope to be moving soon. The location is right but everything else is wrong. Our sunroom that we have is improperly insulated and is very expensive to heat and cool and still is the most uncomfortable room to be in. Management has not been friendly with us. They tell you everything you want to hear when you are looking at their complex and then once you sign the lease they are indifferent. Features: The kitchen doesnt have enought cabinet space or counter space. We changed out the kitchen sink faucet (with our own money) because it was just tooooo cheap. We were not given the opportunity to look at the unit we were to move into at time of viewing. Once we moved in we found our master bathtub was patched up with some kind of sealant and they didnt offer to replace it. Very unsightly. The microwave had a crack on bottom that has a unsightly patch to it. They have many restrictions on Sattellite size and placement also cant be mounted to structure at all. Every year our contract renews the price goes up! They aren't even considerate enough to offer a price break to long time residents. As much as I spend on rent, Im not really impressed with them at all. Your money is better spent elsewhere.
