I have lived in numerous apartments the past 13 years and this one so far is the best.
I picked an inside apartment away from the main street because I am a light sleeper and have been very happy. Staff is as courteous as any apartment staff can be.
Problems get resolved quickly, there is tons of parking and even onsite storage available, which I am using at a very cheap price, and the apartments are very quiet and efficient.
Obviously, if your neighbors are A-holes and play music and party late at night, you will have a problem regardless of location. So far, this is not the case for me. People here seem to be professional and respectful compared to other apartments I have visited.
Tenants own a lot of pets here but the grounds are always clean and trash is frequently picked up at least twice a week.
My water bill is only $10/month, so I'm not sure what the previous person is smokin and my electric is very affordable.
