50/50 From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/20/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   It seems as though the management cares more about the landscaping than the residents. You can find the landscaping crew on just about any day of the week. I wish they would spend as much time with the swimming pool and hot (cold) tub as they do on the appearance of the complex. The bathtub in the master bath is in serious need of repair, the tub sinks when you are getting in to bathe. When you complain, they will offer to recaulk but this does not fix the problem, it only reflects on the appearance. There is not enough cabinet space in the kitchen, unless you are living alone, which I am not. The numerous work orders that are submitted should give them a clue that things are not up to "par", however it is obvious to the people who pay to live there and oblivious to the management. If you enjoy sharing your apartment with bugs, namely ANTS, you have found your new home. As long as you don't get in their way, you will be happy here. g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd
