I am the courtesy officer for Carrington Park and would like to spend a few minutes clearing up a few problems addressed in prior posts. First of all, the gates have been an area of misfortune for the complex and not neglect by the management. The gates were originally knocked out when the clubhouse was hit by lightning. Due to this incident, the entire gate control system had to be replaced, which was both costly and time consuming.
Currently the gates are broken due to them being struck by a car in a criminal offense. An offense report was completed and is being investigated by the police department. This takes time and has surely slowed down the process by management to have the gates repaired.
Carrington Park is a great place to live and a community where I feel safe for my wife to come home to everyday.
