Every community has them. It's the percentage of us who actually DOESN'T see it like you do. If I could go into the details of some the issues I'd had here, I'd be here for days. CLEAN? Do you not see the filthy parking lots? There's trash/glass over the place. I'm a person with a dog who happens to buy my own poopie bags thank you. And I can't get to the dumpster because of the trash & glass in the parking lot. You may be an apt dweller, but I was in the industry. Lots of non-no's going on here!

You have got to be kidding me. You are going to get on here and pump up your own ratings so you can lure more victims into that .... I give up, I don't know what to call it without using explicative’s. For anyone reading, I was not evicted, I was told I wasn't eligible to renew by Carrington park. Why? Because one of the drug dealers that lived next door rammed into my garage and Carrington Park thought I should pay the damages. So I didn't renew. I wound up being a day late in my move out during which the manager came by to check and see if I was out yet. She even let me have the next day to finish the move, so sweet. Then after moving out I find out that move out reason was "Skipped without notice"!!!!! Since I skipped without notice they felt it was okay to tack on a couple months rent and a big fat reletting fee! Then you should have seen the cleaning bill after move out! It was great. Just a couple of the $10 add ons.... dust on shelf.... sink had water marks... stains on carpet (I was a pet owner and the carpets were stained when I moved in anyway, my $300 pet deposit should have more than adequately handled all the cost to replace that cheap paper thin carpet)... drip pans in sink were dirty... refrigerator was extremely dirty (my girlfriend cleaned it out thoroughly I know that for a fact because I looked) and then some other fees that I can't remember. The management staff at Carrington Park consists of crooks. You are less likely to get robbed strolling around Oak Cliff with a wad of $100's sticking out of your pocket than you are when you move in to Carrington Park. Its okay though, I am at a much nicer place and Carrington Park will never see a dime of what they claim I owe. They will make that up by not paying for upkeep of the grounds anyway. Oh yeah, the manager is a vindictive one too, she even tried to talk my new apartments out of renting to me. Her name rhymes with Kris and she could be described as something that rhymes with ditch, and I don't mean witch, although that sort of applies too!

Very unsettling to see the apt staff "boost" their ratings.... Carrington Park - If you want to comment on a post - just reply. This way those that read the "negative" comments can at least see the Carrington Park response, without Carrington Park 'boosting' their score. That would be professional. Hope things get better kingfish.

Wow, after reading Carrington Park try to defend themselves by posting on here (very unprofessional I might add), I will look elsewhere. Thank you!
