I've lived in four different apartment complexes over the past 20 years. This is my favorite. Sure, you can sometimes hear your neighbors, at times it's hard to find a covered parking spot, there are problems, but doesn't EVERY complex have problems'!
I don't get the complaints. Have you ever lived in an apartment before' You know there is something called common courtesy - making sure your guests don't park in reserved spots, don't turn your surround sound system all the way up, if you live above someone else don't do jumping jacks in your bedroom at 2 a.m. You get the idea.
There are downsides to living in an apartment, ANY apartment, but overall it's wonderful. It's neat and clean outside, I have no roaches because they spray regularly, my rooms are huge and I looked at 12 different complexes before moving here and this place offers the most for your money.
I have always found the office staff to be polite and professional. Some people are more friendly than others, but no one is ever rude. Come on, these people deal with complaints and problems all day long - sometimes they're less than thrilled to see you. Don't take it personally. Would you want their job'
I like living here, I feel safe, I enjoy the location, I have plenty of storage space, I will stay here for awhile. Happily.
