NIGHTMATRE EXPERIENCE From: na_mats@yahoo.com Date posted: 5/29/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   They will rent the apartment they will give it to you with dirty carpet. get $250 as security deposit $100 as cleaning fee and other fees with attractive specials and things like that. Don't get carried away. There are so many problems with this apartment. But here are the main troubles 1) Management very rude(the term nazis used by one of the reviewer is absolute fit) 2) Parking is a nightmare most of the time. 3) Total nightmare and rip off while vacating. Somebody will come check the apartment with all the smiles and say everything is OK and tell you that you will be getting your deposit after a month or so. After a month you will be shocked to get a bill from them saying that this was broken, that was not clean and things like that and asking to pay not less than $150 BESIDES NOT RETURNING YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT AMOUNT. WAY TO CHEAT PEOPLE and GREAT RIPOFF 4)Security - They will say it is a Gated Community. ofcourse there are gates but do they remain closed, that is the Question. They remain open all the time and you will be seeing cops chasing somebody all the time. There are lot of nice places in the Plano area, why to WASTE YOUR PEACEFUL LIFE.
