Poorly educated office staff - NOT HELPFUL

I used to love to deal with this office staff (back in 2001). With the huge amount of turnover, and the pitiful replacements, it has become a nightmare - which is why I believe our resident community has suffered. Just waiting for the day it becomes Section 8 housing...
