I was upset 2 months ago when I was late with rent & was charged a $50 late fee.

I let the office know exactly how I felt.

I normally pay on time & rules are rules, YAYAYa...

Anyways I am happy to report that they are now giving me a chance to win my money back.

If you pay rent b4 the 1st you get entered in a drawing to win $50 off next months rent.

Thanks for addressing my concerns & sorry about the outburst.

I don't like penalties but I will take the rewards.
