I lived here for six months, and I only had 2 problems. The parking is horrible, management knows this, so they raised the price of the garages.If you get home after 6, at least you will get some excersise walking to your apartment. My only other problem was with some sort of infestation I had. Management got pest control to solve it, so my apartment has served as a graveyard for hundreds of baby somethings.

All in all I like this place, Id stay because rent is very fairfor clean and relatively new apts, but I got a new job in Irving. Also, if you move here, get ready for toll tag charges too, it cost me about 10 a week to drive into town using the interstate, this is not the apts fault, just a Plano thing.
